I am passionate about facilitating a sacred space to invite healing through the heart chakra for you to shift between mind and body – to reconnect with your heart, body & spiritual self. my philosophy is to connect with each individual energy as it is presented in order for you to tune into your unique soul language for deeper awareness, guidance and balance, whereby health and vitality can be achieved.

My offerings can support a broad range of issues to include a few; stress management, anxiety, overwhelm, grief, muscular tension, out of balance, disconnected, low energy & can detox body systems.

Therapies complement each other and are available to everyone, can be tailored to suit your specific needs, used in conjunct with conventional medicine, with other forms of therapy, as a sole therapy, maintenance, or as part of a self-care plan or if you just wish to rest & unwind.

I am a fully qualified therapist & a Member of the NRRI National Reflexologists Ireland. Some of my therapies can be claimed back on your health insurance to include; Layla, Vhi and Irish Life depending on your level of health cover.
