I began my career in Holistic Therapies by training as a Reiki Practitioner in 1999.

I qualified with a Diploma in Healing Massage and Deep Tissue Massage in 2001 and continued my training with certificates in Indian Head Massage and Pregnancy Massage.

I am a qualified and registered Craniosacral Therapist CST-T with Upledger Institute Ireland.

As a Craniosacral Therapist I am trained in Craniosacral Therapy techniques and Somato Emotional Release.

I am a teaching assistant at the Study Workshops with Upledger Institute Ireland.

My goal in my work with clients is to assist them to reach optimum wellbeing. Our bodies know how to heal if we can listen to them and when I work with my clients I listen to what they have to say from the moment they enter the room and assist them in healing in whatever way they may need to.

I am garda vetted and am a member of the Irish Association of Craniosacral Therapists
(IACST)
